Pro Subscription Agreement
Auto-renewal notice: Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate, charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — see Section 4.
1. Overview
This Pro Subscription Agreement governs paid listings on LI ToolBox and supplements our Terms of Service. By starting a paid plan or trial you agree to these terms. "We," "us," and "LI ToolBox" refer to the operator of the Service; "you" refers to the Pro account holder.
2. Plans & What They Include
We offer Basic, Pro, and Elite plans, available monthly or annually. The features included in each tier are described on our pricing page, which is incorporated by reference. We may add, change, or remove features; material reductions to a paid feature will be communicated in advance.
3. Billing & Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period for another period of the same length, at the then-current price, and we will charge your payment method on file, until you cancel. You authorize these recurring charges. The renewal date and amount are shown on your dashboard Subscription page.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time from Dashboard → Subscription, or by emailing support@litoolbox.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period. After cancellation your listing remains visible for a 30-day grace period, after which it is unpublished. There is no fee to cancel.
5. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. We will give you advance notice (by email and/or in your dashboard) before a price change takes effect on your renewal. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before it applies.
6. Free Trials
If you start a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid subscription and the auto-renewal terms in Section 3 apply.
7. Failed Payments & Past-Due Accounts
If a charge fails, we may retry and will notify you. Accounts that remain past due may enter a grace period and then be downgraded or unpublished. You remain responsible for amounts properly owed for service already provided.
8. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and partial periods are not prorated. Nothing in this Agreement limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
9. Your Obligations as a Pro
You represent that you hold all licenses, permits, insurance, and bonds required for your trade, that your profile information is truthful and current, and that you are an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of LI ToolBox.
10. Suspension & Removal of Listings
We may suspend, downgrade, unpublish, or remove a listing — with or without refund where permitted — for non-payment, violation of our Terms, fraudulent or misleading content, abuse of homeowners, or as required by law. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect on your next renewal. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
