DMCA Takedown Notice

Submitting a false notice under penalty of perjury is a serious matter — you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Required Elements of a Notice
A valid notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material to be removed and information reasonably sufficient to locate it; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Use the takedown form on this page, or email a complete notice to our designated agent. Counter-notices may be submitted by the affected user under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
You may also send a notice by email to dmca@litoolbox.com as long as it contains all required elements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
